What is TEDxCary?

In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TED has created a program called TEDx. TEDx events are locally organized gatherings that bring communities together to share a TED-like experience.

Our event is called TEDxCary, where x = independently organized TED event. At TEDxCary, a combination of live speakers and TEDTalks videos will spark meaningful conversations and inspire deep reflection around thought-provoking topics.

While the TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, each TEDx event, including ours, is self-organized and uniquely shaped by the local community.
